The ECP Programmer enables the programming of the Highways Agency Equipment Configuration Plug (Address Plug).

Version 2.10 of ECP Programmer offers the following new functionalities for the programming of configuration data:

• Batch processing a directory of XML files.
• Validate XML against known schema.
• XML Network/Address summary display.
• Automatic verification of written XML.
• License allows additional network adapters.
• Progress-bar to show progress of longer tasks.
• Improved licence support for Windows 7 64-bit.
